As a Lead Toddler Teacher at the Primrose School of Old Bridge, you'll play a pivotal role in building a brighter future for all children. From ages 12 months and up, you'll create a fun, safe environment where students can discover new concepts with confidence through multi-sensory learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Foster genuine relationships with each child ๐
- Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages exploration ๐
- Adapt teaching methods to meet children's interests and learning styles ๐จ
- Track childrenโs progress and report to parents ๐
- Help children reach developmental milestones ๐
- Plan activities that develop self-esteem and social skills ๐ซ
- Communicate professionally with parents and fellow staff ๐ฃ๏ธ
What We're Looking for:
๐น Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants/toddlers in a licensed early childhood center.
๐น Education: CDA, Associateโs, or Bachelorโs in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required).
๐น Passion for Learning: A nurturing, patient, and energetic educator who fosters a love for learning through play-based experiences.
๐น Classroom Management: Ability to create a structured yet fun and engaging classroom environment.
๐น Team Player: Works well with co-teachers and communicates effectively with families.
